• The referrer must be a current or past customer of Victoria Birth Supplies who has previously submitted their name, phone number and email address through their rental agreement(s).

• There is no limit to the number of referral offers you can send to your friends.

• Referrals cannot accept more than one referral offer as part of this Program.

• Victoria Birth Supplies assumes no responsibility for misdirected referrals or communications or for any failure of the website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or referral to be received by Victoria Birth Supplies. Victoria Birth Supplies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this program. Referrals are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, unintelligible, falsified, or altered.

• Victoria Birth Supplies may end the Program or change any of the terms at any time, without notice and without obligation to award any referral credits.

FAQ for both Customers and Friends

How will I receive my reward?
Your $15 referral award will be paid out by email transfer within 7-14 days of confirmation. Your friends reward will be applied as a discount on their rental fee(s).

How can I see if I've received my referral credit?
We'll send you an email after your friend has completed the referral, and if adhering to Program Terms, the credit will arrive via the email address you provided on your rental agreement. Friends will see their credit on their rental invoice.

Can anyone participate in the referral program?
No. You must be a past or present Victoria Birth Supplies customer to participate.
