What is the CUB?
The CUB stool is the modern evolution of the traditional birthing stool. Inflatable and lightweight, the CUB stool features a wide, flat base that provides enhanced stability.The CUB offers versatility with adjustable inflation to achieve different heights and support various upright positions. It facilitates movement and relaxation, helping you stay comfortable and empowered throughout labor.
The CUB supports all the advantages of an active labour and upright positions, which research shows can:

The CUB Supports a variety of positions for different stages of labour, including:
Sitting similar to a traditional birth stool
Squatting with knees above hips to open the pelvic inlet
Asymetrical Kneeling to help baby navigate through the midpelvis
Supported forward kneeling relieving pressure on wrists and arms while guiding baby into an optimal position
Side Lying place between your legs to promote hip opening while resting, just like with a Peanut Ball
